Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, and campaign management, combined with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
· Identify and target audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
· Plan and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
· Manage budgets for paid campaigns to optimize ROI.
· Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant materials for digital channels.
· Optimize website content, landing pages, and ad copy for search engine rankings, user engagement, and e-commerce conversions.
· Monitor and engage with audiences to build a strong online community.
· Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Manage PPC campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
· Identify new opportunities to improve digital presence and performance.
· Analyze website traffic and sales data to develop strategies for increasing online sales.
· Implement and manage e-commerce strategies, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement through the website.
· Utilize analytical tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and e-commerce tracking to measure and optimize performance.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and e-commerce platforms.
· Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Business/Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Email Marketing Tools, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
· Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Woo Commerce, Shopify is a plus.
· Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
